PeopleCert logoHuman Asset has successfully organized the in-house ‘Customer Service Excellence Workshop’ for the executives of PeopleCert in Athens. The workshop’s scope was to train the participants in the area of customer service, in both Greek and English languages, with the main objective of maximizing the quality of the services offered to the customers (customer excellence) as well as the significant improvement in the customer experience and satisfaction.
