Create the PMO
Many organizations have invested in project management software and training but have not yet achieved success in their projects. This course provides participants with the appropriate knowledge in order to create an effective and well organized project office so as to add value into their operations.
Participants will be familiarized with the strategic aspect of project management and will gain a better knowledge on issues ascertaining to the role of the Project Management Office, project implementation from start to finish, how enterprise systems integrate with project management operations and the role of Project Management Information Systems in this procedure.
Furthermore they will have an increased ability to assess the project management maturity of their organization and the development of action plans for increasing project management competencies in their organizations.
