We define the real educational needs of the trainees by means of specific valid techniques (Competency Based Skills Gap Analysis), we analyse them and after a proper categorization they are connected with the educational programs.
  • Design of Training Programs: Our programs are either open or inhouse. There is also the possibility of "tailor made" design of training programs design for companies and organizations.
  • Implementation: Our specially trained and certificated trainers are implementing modern team-working techniques and by means of practical workshops, case studies and directing conversation lead the trainees step-by-step from knowledge to skill and efficiency.
  • Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluation of new initiatives is essential throughout all stages of design, development and implementation. We follow the model of 360?. The trainees are self - evaluated and tested, while in cooperation with the trainers conclude to valuable outcomes.
  • Certification: Our main purpose is for every educational program to lead to a globally acknowledged certification by the most valid foundations.

The favourite Training Method is Workshop. Our philosophy is to 'Learn by doing', using Experiential Learning Techniques. Each participant works on an individual real-life scenario and applies all the theories that are taught to it. The Workshop is Instructor-led via Teleconference and facilitated.
