Applied Project Management - Advanced Level for Project Managers

This course is considered to be the foundation of what every project manager-leader and every member of project management team should know in order to successfully manage projects.  It covers the basic concepts of the 5 process groups-initiating, planning, executing and managing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.

Based on practical exercises, class discussion, lectures and the gradual build up of key elements of project structure and project supervision e.g. developing the project charter, the project management plan etc., and participants will gain a deep understanding of project management best practices and how to apply them in an everyday project environment.
