Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Nicosia, EPA/6/19

Our client, a well-established Group in the distribution and FMCG industry, is looking to employ a high caliber employee to support the managing director

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizing and attending meetings, and preparing relevant minutes and task lists
  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with clients
  • Writing emails and formal letters to internal and external clients. This may include communication and arrangements with government officials
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations and presenting them accordingly
  • Handling of sensitive and confidential issues

Position’s Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Executive secretary studies or in any other related field
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position
  • ECDL certification or proficiency in the use of office tools (MS office package)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English language
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, being self-motivated with an attention to detail and with the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
