Digital Marketing Executive, Nicosia – DME/09/19

 Our client, a well-established Group operating in the retail industry is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic individual with initiative.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

In Cooperation with the  Marketing, CRM and PR Manager designs the Group’s digital marketing strategy which he / she is then responsible to implement.  The job role involves among other things the drafting digital marketing literature, updating the website and managing social media pages.

  • In Cooperation with the Group Marketing Manager, prepares and implements the Group’s Marketing Digital Strategy
  • Designs digital media campaigns for all Brands according to business goals
  • Coordinates and manages the creation of all digital content
  • Establishes the Group and its individual brands, web presence to promote and enhance brand awareness, the Group’s market position and image, customer loyalty and market awareness
  • Maintains and manages all Group social media channels
  • Handles, in cooperation with the Group Marketing Manager, customers and public comments that come through the social media
  • Manages the Group’s website so that it promotes the Company’s market position and image, customer loyalty and market awareness
  • Keeps up to date and gets into competitors’ strategies and actions
  • Employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Follows and keeps up to date with trends in social media tools and applications and apply that knowledge to promote the Group’s image and activities
  • Develops ROI and KPIs relevant to the digital strategies and campaigns  and monitors and manages them to improve results
  • Liaises with Marketing and Buyers teams to ensure brand consistency in all external and internal communication strategies and actions
  • Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities relevant to the job role
  • Develops and maintain good working relationships
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned to her by the Marketing manager or the management of the Company

Position’s Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Experience with content management
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
