Our client an international well established firm, operating in the field of Audit, accounting and advisory services is looking for hire a dynamic young professional to join their office in Limassol

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of payroll services clients and ensure the seamless, effective and accurate delivery of their payroll function on a monthly basis;
  • Deliver personal taxation and social security compliance and advisory services to the Firm’s clients;
  • Participate in international projects advising on tax and social security matters driven from the mobility of personnel in and out of Cyprus;
  • Actively participate in the team’s business development efforts, presenting to clients across industry sectors the team’s payroll services offering;
  • Lead and coach junior members of the team in the delivery of work and support them in their personal development journey

Position’s Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or in a related field and/or Holder of a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA / ACCA);
  • 4-5 years of experience in a professional services firm in a related field or in a payroll management position in a large organisation;
  • Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team;
  • Ability to lead teams and coach more junior members of staff;
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
