Receptionist/ junior secretary – RS/01/20

Our client, a well-established company operating in the trading industry, is looking to hire an energetic profile to join their offices in Limassol

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • General Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors ensuring that are directed to the appropriate individual within the company
  • General administrative, secretarial tasks
  • Organising and maintaining diaries
  • Making and arranging appointments
  • Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests and dealing with them as appropriate
  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and corresponding as appropriate
  • Co-ordinating meetings

Position’s Requirements

  • Acquiring a degree will be considered as an advantage
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience of working within a similar position
  • Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
  • Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
