Sales Supervisor, Nicosia

Our client, an established group operating in the FMCG sector, is looking to employ a young, energetic professional for the position of Sales supervisor.

The responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
  • Supervise the team of sales representatives (6 people)
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Work with sales team when closing sales
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Ensure that the team meets all sales targets
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
  • Liaise with the principals, attend meetings with them and present monthly and quarterly results


The individual:

  • Acquiring a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or any other related field.
  • Must acquire at least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales
  • Experience in the FMCG products is a requirement
  • Proficient user of MS office – especially in Excel
  • Very good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek languages
