Human Asset launches gAImify Hub, a new AI-powered platform for adaptive and gamified corporate learning

Thessaloniki, Greece – March 18, 2026. Human Asset has officially launched gAImify Hub, a new AI-powered and gamified learning platform designed to help organisations deliver more personalised, interactive, and human-centred learning experiences.

The new platform brings together Artificial Intelligence, gamification, and instructional design in a way that supports both Learning & Development professionals and learners, while maintaining a strong focus on responsible and pedagogically meaningful use of AI.

Designed for course creators, HR teams, and L&D leaders, gAImify Hub allows organisations to start with ready-made learning templates and use AI-assisted course design to adapt content to their own context, roles, competencies, and target audiences. The platform follows a human-in-the-loop approach, ensuring that AI supports the design process without replacing human judgement, review, or quality assurance.

For learners, the platform offers a more dynamic and practice-oriented experience through features such as adaptive quizzes, open-ended AI scenarios, real-time AI avatar simulations, mentor chatbot support, and gamified learning journeys. According to the company, the platform was developed to move beyond static digital training and create learning environments that strengthen engagement, reflection, and real-world skill development.

Human Asset also highlights that gAImify Hub has been developed in line with Responsible AI principles, considering the requirements of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and enterprise-level cybersecurity standards. The platform includes safeguards such as guardrails, moderation agents, and human review mechanisms, supporting its use in organisational learning environments where quality, trust, and compliance are essential.

“With gAImify Hub, we want to help organisations move from content-heavy, static training towards learning experiences that are more engaging, adaptive, and meaningful for people,” said Dimitris Tolis, Chief Executive Officer of Human Asset. “We believe that AI can offer real value in learning when it is combined with sound instructional design, human oversight, and a strong ethical foundation.”

The launch of gAImify Hub forms part of Human Asset’s broader strategy to build next-generation learning ecosystems that combine storytelling, gamification, instructional design, and AI-enhanced learning technologies.

This initiative is being implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
