AGILE Project Management Methodology (AGILE PM2) preparation workshop for the PM2 Agile Certification
Human Asset, as an Affiliated Training Provider (ATP) of PM² Alliance, is conducting on-line AGILE workshops of 18 hours in total of the AGILE PM² Methodology.
The AGILE PM² Methodology is the official project management methodology of the European Commission and is currently being rapidly adopted internationally. It is a lean and easy to implement methodology suitable for any type of project as it enables project teams to manage projects effectively and deliver solutions and benefits to their organizations and stakeholders.
AGILE PM² enables Project Managers (in IT, Start-ups or R&D environments) to deliver solutions and benefits to their organizations through the effective management of project work. It is based on operational experience from projects run within the European Institutions, but also incorporates elements from a wide range of globally accepted project management best practices, standards and methodologies such as PMBoK Guide, PRINCE2®,IPMA-ICB.

This workshop is open to all who are holding PM² Advanced certification and would like to learn more about the AGILE PM² Project Management Methodology, adopt an easy to use project methodology for their organization or projects. It is designed for Managers, Supervisors or team leaders who act as project managers or project leaders, as well as members of project support teams in public or private sectors in in IT, Start-ups or R&D environments. Learning Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:
• Start an IT, R&D or Start-up project successfully by designing Architecture Overview & Operational Model artefacts (Project Initiation)
• Form an AGILE project team and Identify the Stakeholders
• Design a Development Handbook & a Development Work Plan according to (Project Planning)
• Prepare the necessary Artefacts, Logs and Checklists relating to an AGILE project
• Execute and coordinate an AGILE project by running stand-up meetings, iterations and releases
• Monitor and Control the progress of an AGILE project
• Close the AGILE Project formally and learn from the retrospectives
Our Methodology
To ensure that participants obtain maximum support and guidance, the AGILE PM² workshop provides a thorough introduction to the AGILE PM² Methodology, along with an overview of all the core AGILE PM² elements and plans. It includes a number of exercises and workshops on core AGILE Project Management tools, techniques and key AGILE PM² templates.
Having completed this workshop, you will appreciate the benefits of using an AGILE project management methodology, be more effective at managing (or participating in) projects, and be familiar with the AGILE PM² Governance model and its roles, responsibilities, processes, templates and mindsets.
You will be able to start implementing the most essential AGILE Project Management best practices, tools and techniques, but also to take part in the exams for AGILE PM² certification.

It was a well-organized and thought-provoking workshop that successfully blended methodology with practical application. The Workshop case study was a creative and effective vehicle for exploring Agile concepts in a realistic setting. The facilitator demonstrated a strong command of both the PM2 Methodology and Agile principles and was clearly experienced in making complex concepts accessible to a diverse audience. The facilitation style struck a good balance between structure and openness, encouraging participation without letting discussions lose focus. The ability to adapt to the group's pace and address questions with clarity and real-world context was a particular strength. Overall, I would recommend this workshop to colleagues involved in project management, product development or organizational changes.
Mr. Fourtounas is a very passionate tutor. His experience is giving you the opportunity to express your doubts about the project management and he answers with great composure and certainty. Also, his presentations are well paced and planned so most of the questions that arose were answered almost immediately. Nothing other than a pleasant experience which bonded our team and gave us another perspective on how to tackle projects/issues.
The facilitator was well prepared and knew the subject in depth. Explanations were clear, questions were answered directly, and the pace was kept reasonable. The atmosphere was relaxed enough for people to participate comfortably. It was time well spent and I would recommend it to colleagues who haven't attended yet. The PM2 Agile study material and courses from Mr. Fourtounas, that are structured in an excellent manner and focused on the important topics for PM2 Agile, have helped me significantly in learning and understanding the PM2 Agile. For the exams, I reviewed the summary of each presentation and followed strictly the instructions given by Mr. Fourtounas on what to read from the guide of PM2 Agile and Tools and Techniques, and then I practiced the Mock exams. The questions in the actual exams are very similar to the mock tests thus is very helpful practising them. Wanted to thank Mr. Fourtounas for his support, explanations given and his interactive training method.
Thanks to Mr. Fourtounas' guidance and precise instructions, the PM² Agile exam process proved to be quite straightforward despite my limited free time, and certainly much easier than the PM² Advanced certification.
