Generative AI Applications in Education: Our New Chapter Published by Springer

Excited to share that our chapter “Generative AI Applications in Education: A Low-Code No-Code Approach” has been officially published by Springer as part of the book Human–Computer Creativity: Generative AI in Education, Art, and Healthcare,

Together with the co-authors Dr. Stylianos Mystakidis and Dr. Athanasios Christopoulos, we explore how Generative AI—combined with Low-Code / No-Code platforms—can empower educators as Citizen Developers. Our proposed AiHub platform allows non-technical users to design and deploy educational AI tools, like chatbots, tailored to their instructional needs.

Key Highlights:
– Democratizing AI in education through LC/NC approaches
– Hands-on case study in tourism training using RAG and Socratic coaching
– AIaaS platforms enabling personalized, scalable, and engaging learning tools

This work is part of a broader vision to close the digital divide in education and support the responsible and creative adoption of AI by non-technical professionals.

If you’re working in EdTech, Instructional Design, or Generative AI development, we’d love to hear your thoughts!
