Store Manager, Nicosia – STN/07/20

Our client, a small brunch place in the heart of Nicosia, is currently seeking a skilled and dependable individual to join its team in Nicosia

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating a team of 3-5 people
  • Greeting and servicing customers, resolving customer related problems to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring food quality, recipe adherence and proper plate presentation
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant
  • Promoting the sale of food, beverages and any other special events
  • Preparing and executing the weekly staff schedule in an efficient and effective manner
  • Coaching and supervising of new recruits
  • Managing the petty cash
  • Reporting of any staff/customer issues to the owner
  • Social media management (Facebook and Instagram page)
  • Coordination with kitchen staff in order to plan and execute the orders of raw materials
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Ensuring adherence of restaurant’s staff to the Health & Safety guidelines

Position’s Requirements

  • Acquiring a diploma or a degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business management or any other related subject
  • 3+ years of working experience in similar position
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Communication and people management skills
  • Pleasant and positive personality
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong command of the Greek and English Language (verbal and written)
